A Welcoming Living Environment
Richfield's Assisted Living Facility is a truly welcoming and comfortable environment for its residents and staff. The 114,000 s.f., three-story structure, with additional underground parking, includes memory care units, assisted living units, as well as accessory spaces.
30 memory care units are provided on the main level and 58 total assisted/independent living units are provided on the second and third floors. The Havenwood Senior Living Facility was designed to truly make residents feel comfortable in the space while maintaining a safe and monitored facility.
The exterior of the building creates a warm and welcoming appeal with synthetic stone and engineered wood siding.
