Meet the Augusta Development Team

Bo Nickoloff focuses on financial analysis, profitability, deal flow and partnerships for Augusta Development's projects. John has experience working with investment banks, family offices and private equity groups to secure capital for development throughout North America. He has acquired these skills over the past 25 years as the Founder of Augusta Development, a boutique strategic advisory and business management company and President and CEO of Larex, Inc. He applies these various skill sets developed over this time to help grow and expand Augusta's business.

John Hagen has Managerial experience within the financial services vertical and real estate development with a focus in senior living housing. Three decades of experience in leadership, market expansion, revenue growth, equity partnerships, strategic planning, business analysis and development. Financial license include series 7&66 @Morgan Stanley.

Mr. Cooke is a licensed professional engineer with over 35 years of experience in the construction industry as a consulting professional and principal owner of a consulting engineering firm. He has functioned as both the prime consultant and sub-consultant on numerous commercial, institutional and industrial projects over the years to include preparation of construction documents and project management during construction. Some of his projects include large residential developments, institutions of higher-level learning, research laboratories, sporting venues, medical facilities and retail development. Mr. Cooke was a member of the project team for the new Tutwiler Residential Development on the campus of the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, which had a total project cost of approximately $150M and was completed in the summer of 2022.
