CBS Construction is a team of highly skilled and experienced professionals. CBS Construction Services, Inc. has completed over a billion dollars in construction projects consisting of Senior Housing, Affordable Housing, Market Rate Housing, Commercial Construction, Remodeling, Renovations, and Historical Restoration.

The firm is wholly owned by Rob Borchardt and Stuart Bestul, bringing over 70 years of combined construction experience. Rob and Stuart individually perform hands-on project management as well as general management duties for the firm.
